Spicy Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

3 C AP Flour0.5 t baking powder0.5 t ground cinnamon0.5 t ground nutmeg1 t baking soda3 eggs1 c granulated sugar0.5 c canola oil0.5 c unsweetened applesauce2 t vanilla extract2 c grated zucchini1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease 2 loaf pans or 24 muffin cups.
Sift together dry ingredients. In large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar and mix until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix in flour mixture. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for ~ 50 minutes for the loaf pans (or until the a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean).
Each loaf ~ 8 slices.
