Whole Wheat Penne with Chicken and Capers

Ingredients
6 cloves Garlic, minced1 Medium Onion, chopped2 lbs. Chicken Breast, cubed13.5 oz Whole Wheat Penne Rigate (Ronzoni Brand)1 Large Red Bell Pepper, chopped3/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese3/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella CheeseSalt and Pepper1 Medium Tomato, chopped2 tbsp Olive oil2 tbsp CapersItalian Seasoning
Directions
Boil 8 cups of water with a bit of Olive oil and salt in a pot
Follow cooking directions for pasta and place in boiling water
Drain pasta under cool running water
In a separate non-stick pan, heat olive oil over medium heat
Put garlic in oil until brown
Once garlic is brown, place onions in pan
Once onions are soft, place chicken in pan
When chicken is almost white in color, add tomatoes and bell pepper
Put capers, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese right before you turn off the heat
Add Italian seasoning for more taste
Mix well and serve
