Savory Potatoes (great with beef or pork)

Ingredients
Red potatoes (3 lb. bag) chop in quarters (or all the same size.Beef BrothOnionGarlicGrill Seasoning
Directions
Heat pan and olive oil under medium high heat. Chop onion and sautee in a non-stick skillet until they are translucent, add garlic (carefully, do not burn). Cut potatoes in quarters or so they are all the same size and are bigger than bite size. Throw in with onions and add grill seasoning and beef broth. Cover and boil until potatoes are almost tender. Remove cover and let the liquid boil down into a thick sauce (the amount is your choice, I like just a little).

    I usually put in a 1/2 large onion, one clove of garlic, and about 2 c of beef broth. The specific ingredients say how much, but I notice that doesn't show up here. Thanks for asking, I will make sure to include it in future recipes more specifically in the comments area. :-)
