3/4 cup of Old Fashioned Oats1 tbsp Toasted Wheat Germ1 tbsp Golden Flax Meal1 tbsp flake coconut1 tbsp chopped walnuts1/4 cup sliced strawberries 1 tbsp honey2 tbsp vanilla yogurt3/4 cut of water
Makes 2 servings
Mix the oats, wheat germ, flax, coconut, and walnuts. Add water and soak for at least 20 minutes. Stir in honey and yogurt. Add strawberries.
Nearly any fresh or dried fruit may be substituted depending on your tastes (citrus fruits should be avoided).
