Black Beans & Rice with Chicken Recaito

Ingredients
1 tbsp recaito (cilantro base)1/2 large tomato, diced1 dried pepper, chopped4 oz chicken, pre-cooked & sliced1.5 c rice, cooked1 can black beans, drained1/4 tsp adobo
Directions
Mix together tomato, recaito, and pepper in a large pan on medium low heat. Add chicken and beans, increase heat to medium high, mixing constantly so it doesn't stick. Add rice and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Serve hot. Makes 4 servings (1/4 of the pan)
