Jen's chicken paprikash

Ingredients
8 Chicken Thighs, skinless1 medium onion3 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. chicken boullion 1 cup water16 oz. container sour cream1 Tbsp. pepper2 Tbsp. paprika1 Lb. box medium shells macaroni, cooked
Directions
Dice onion and saute in butter in large frying pan until translucent. Dissolve chicken boullion in 1 cup water and add to pan. Place chicken thighs in pan,cover and simmer on low for about 3 hours. Remove chicken and stir in sour cream, paprika, and pepper. Heat through and return chicken thighs to pan. Serve over cooked shells. Serves 8.
