18 slices of 99% fat free turkey bacon, about one package.1 M onion1/2 green pepper1/2 red pepper1 large container of fat-free egg substitute1 C skim milk1 1/2 C. reduced fat chedder cheese15oz. frozen shredded hashbrowns1/2 t pepper1 t salt1/4 t dill weed
Bake bacon in oven for 15 minutes, flip half-way through cooking time. Fry onions, and peppers in skillet with pam.
In bowl add frozen hashbrowns, cheese, milk, egg substitute, pepper, salt, and dill weed.
Add cooked bacon and vegetables.
Pour in 13*9 in dish sprayed with Pam. Bake 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
