Ingredients
Flour Tortillas, 6 tortilla (approx 10" dia) (remove)Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Beans, black, 1.5 cup (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)Chili powder, 2 tsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 2 oz (remove
Directions
In skillet brown beef and onion in pan, drain and rinse. Rinse and drain beans. Add beef and bean mixture back to pan and add spices. Add water and bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer until water evaporates. Shred cheese while meat is simmering. Place 1/2 cup of meat mixture in center of tortilla and place 2 tbs of cheese on top. Wrap and enjoy.
