GREAT recipe! The only change I will make next time is less onions and more celery. I ate it as a cold sandwich one day then a chicken melt the next. I sauteed the chicken mixture until the onions were done, put into a mound with small amount of lowfat cheese on top & put between toasted wheat bread - 2/6/11
