1 lb leftover rotisserie chicken breast shredded4 TBS Kraft mayo with olive oil 1 large stalk of celery chopped 1 medium onion chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate .

    I had similar salads before, one with celery,cranberries,chicken and mayo other with walnuts,apple,mayo and chicken. both are very good - 2/10/11

    GREAT recipe! The only change I will make next time is less onions and more celery. I ate it as a cold sandwich one day then a chicken melt the next. I sauteed the chicken mixture until the onions were done, put into a mound with small amount of lowfat cheese on top & put between toasted wheat bread - 2/6/11
