Ingredients
1 pound Salmon1/2 cup Pineapple Preserves1 1/2 tablespoons Lime Juice1 tablespoon Mustard, dijon1 1/2 teaspoons Ginger, ground1 teaspoon Garlic, minced1 teaspoon Soy Sauce1/4 teaspoon Salt1/4 teaspoon Pepper, black
Directions
To Prepare for Group:
1. Combine all ingredients in gallon bag.
2. Freeze flat.


Cooking Day:
1. Thaw.
2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
3. Place fish and marinade in baking dish coated with cooking spray.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
