basic chicken stir fry

Ingredients
Peanut Oil, 1 1tspOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 tspGinger Root, 1 tspBroccoli, cooked, 2 cup, choppedPeppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, choppedChicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbspSherry, dry, .5 fl. ozBrown Rice, long grain, .5 cup Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, pinch
Directions
saute onion garlic and ginger in peanut oil
add veggies and saute
add chicken and brown all sides
add soy sauce, sherry and toss together
serve on 1/2 c brown rice and sprinkle sesame seed on top
