Raspberry Smoothie with Protein and Fiber

Ingredients
1/2 cup crushed ice8 ounces Welch's Light Grape Peach juice1/2 cup frozen raspberries1/2 Tbls honey1 serving Dannon Light and Fit White Chocolate Raspberry Yogurt1/2 medium-sized banana1 Tbls Benefiber1 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder
Directions
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.

Makes approximately 32 ounces....I find a 16 ounce glass is a good meal replacement, or for a snack an 8 ounce glass is fine. Share with friends and family, or halve the recipe!
