Beef and Broccoli Chow Mein

1 pound eye of round beef1/2 cup Lawry's (or Kroger) Teriyaki marinade with pineapple juice2 cups chopped broccoli1 cup chopped onion (about half a large onion)1/5 cup chopped green peppers (about half a large pepper)1 cup chow mein noodles2 cups Uncle Ben's instant brown rice
1. Cut meat into small bite-sized pieces. Soak meat in 1/2 cup marinade in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
2. Prepare (chop) vegetable ingredients.
3. In wok or large skillet, over high heat, combine meat with marinade andvegetables. Stir-fry until meat is done and veggies are tender.
4. Divide mixture into 4 portions.
5. Top each portion with 1/4 cup chow mein noodles.
6. Serve with 1/2 cup of rice.
Makes 4 servings.
If preparing ahead of time, wait to add the chow mein noodles.
