8 oz package neufchatel cream cheese1 package sugar free fat free cheesecake jello pudding mix2 cups fat free milk1 pkg sugar free cherry jello.5 cup boiling water1 cup very cold water2 graham cracker sheets
Pour 1/2 cup boiling water and sugar free cherry jello into an 8x8 dish and stir until dissolved add 1 cup ice cold water to cherry jello stir and chill until firm. When cherry jello is firm then begin the cheesecake filling
In a seprerate bowl soften cream cheese then slowy blend in milk with a mixer on low speed. After cream cheese is smooth add package of sugar free fat free pudding and mix until smooth. Spread cream cheese mix over the top of the cherry jello. Crush graham cracker squares and sprinkle over the top. Makes 9 medium size squares
