Chicken Azteca

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts15 oz can black beans1 cup salsa2 cups corn1 tsp cumin8 oz fat free cream cheesesaltpepper
Directions
Place chicken in bottom of crock pot. Mix all ingredients together, excluding cream cheese, and pour over chicken. Cook on low 4 hours. 30 minutes before serving, add cream cheese and shred or cube chicken.
It is good sprinkled with lowfat cheddar cheese (not included in nutrition info).
Serve with yellow rice and salad. YUM!
