Enchilada Layered Casserole

Ingredients
1 28 oz can enchilada sauce1 lbs ground beef 96/4 8z 2% reduced fat cheese shredded12 6" corn tortillas3 stalks green onion diced
Directions
preheat oven to 350

heat sauce pan and add enchilada sauce simmer on low

heat frying pan and for a few minutes add ground beef and cook until almost 1 cup sauce and simmer

microwave tortilla's and spray with cooking spray and layer as followed

dip4 tortillas in sauce place in casserole dish
top with 1/2 meat sprinkle 1/3 cheese and 2/3 cup
sauce
repeat layer
top with rest of sauce and balance of cheese cover with aluminum bake 20 minutes uncover and continue baking until cheese is melted and bubbly
