One Pan Rice and Beans

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil2 chopped Garlic cloves1 cup chopped onion1 cup tomato sauce1 can drained red kidney beans ( about 1 cup)2 cups prepared long grain brown rice2 tbsp. chili powder1 tsp. ground cumin3 tsp. Lawrys Original seasoned salt ( or taco seasoning).5 cup shredded Chedder Cheese.5 cup shredded Colby Cheese4 tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
Directions
1. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil
2. add in tomato sauce
3. add in kidney beans and stir
4. stir in rice
5. stir in chili powder, cumin and seasoned salt
6. keep stirring about 5 minutes.
7. stir in colby and american cheeses, stirring until cheeses are melted.
8. serve with a dallop of sour cream.
