Turkey Meatballs - Body for Life

1.1/2 pounds of lean ground turkey2 egg whites1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs1/4 cup water 1/2 cup finely chopped onions2 cloves garlic minced1/4 cup fresh parsley2 tsp dried basilsalt and pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine tukey, egg whites, breadcrumbs, water, onion, garlic, parsley, basil and salt and pepper. Mix ingredients thoroughly and then shape into 1 1/2 inch diameter meatballs.
Arrange meatballs on a baking sheet and place under a broiler for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned on all sides.
In a large saucepan, combine pasta sauce and cooked meatballs. You can use any type of pasta sauce. Simmer over low heat until warmed thoroughly about 20 minutes.
