Egg & Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
CRUST: mix ingredients together in a 1- inch pie plate. Add more flour if necessary, and push dough out to form a crust with high enough sides to hold the egg mixture. Cook crust alone at 400 for 10min.1 c whole wheat pastry flour1/2 t flour1/2 cup canola (or olive) oil1T. plain yogurt1 T nonfat milkFILLING: Beat eggs, stir in milk. Shred cheese. Put all ingredients into baked quiche shell. Bake at 375 for approx. 40min. until crust is deep golden brown.2 brown eggs1/2 cup shredded jack (or other) cheese1 c nonfat milk This receipe is also good when you add cooked broccoli, spinach, or turkey bacon. Enjoy!
