Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
1 English Cucumber5 Celery Ribs1 Medium tomato1/2 Lemon1/2 Lime2 tsp Sweetener (Equal, Splenda, Nutrisweet, etc)1 tbs Salt (or to taste)1 tbs Fresh ground pepper
Directions
1) Rinse all vegetables and pat dry.

2) Slice cucumber into 1/4 in slices and place into bowl. Then slice celery on bias into about 1/3 in pieces and add to mixture. Dice the tomato into 1/2 in cubes and add that to the mixture.

3) Add in 1/2 of a lime, juiced, 1/2 of a lemon, juiced, and the sweetener. Then add salt and pepper to taste.
