Easy Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups white flour3/4 cup corn meal1/4 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt (optional)1 cup skim milk1/4 cup vegetable oil2 egg whites or 1 egg, beaten
Directions
Heat oven to 400. Grease 8 or 9 inch pan. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, oil and egg, mixing just until moistened. Pour batter into pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 12 servings.
