Bread Pudding with Apple

Ingredients
Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough), 6 slice, small (2" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4") Egg, fresh, 2 large Milk, nonfat, 1 cupButter, unsalted, 1 tbsp Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp *Splenda, 24 tsp Salt, .25 tsp
Directions
set oven to 350. Peel and cube apple or shave mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a sprayed oven pan. Bake till tooth pick comes out clean. About 30-40 mins.
