Ingredients
Ingredients: okra, cut, frozen 3 cupsDel Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cup Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) Garlic, 1 clove Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 medium Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 1.5 lb (cubed)pam spray, 1 serving Salt, 1 tsp
Directions
Spray large pot , add onions, green pepper, oregano, garlic & salt brown about 2 minutes. Cube the beef and add to the pot.
Continue to stir & cook until all the beef is browned. Stir in the dices tomators and orka for about 2 minutes.
Add in 6 cups of water, bring to a boil for 30 minutes, continue to stir. then let simmer on medium low for another 30 - 45 mintutes.

    This was very good. I only used 1 1/2 cups of okra and added frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, spinach, zuchinni and summer squash. Next time I'll make it with ground turkey! - 11/3/08
