Hambuger Rice Soup

Ingredients
Ground beef, 16 oz Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 3.5 cup White Rice, long grain, .5 cup Salt, .25 tsp Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped *Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 1 envople3 beef boullion cubes1 tsp basil leaves
Directions
Brown beef and drain. Add water and rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes to several hours. Rice will thicken as soup cook. If needed add 1 cup water and boullion cube to thin.
