Ingredients
Look, it's salad....but 1st make a rice (the traditional healthy method u always make it).On the other hand,Wash everything thoroughly in warm water, pat dry. Use your knife & Slice up everything the peppers,the crab & the green spices in small cubes.
Directions
then Mix the lemon,Green spice & the colored peppers and put them all on rice in medium bowl.
add 1big spoon of vinegar,adds practically no calories, as a dressing.

This is a pretty good meal with High protein and Low fats.
