Balsamic glazed Grilled chicken breast

Balsamic vinegarsalt and peppercanola oilchicken breast, bnls/sknls
Pre heat the grill
Place the vinegar in a small pan and cook over medium heat until reduced to a syrup.
Oil the chicken lightly with the canola oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 1-2 minutes, turn the chicken over and cook 1 more minute, thurn the grill to med-low and place the chicken on the upper rack of the grill (that no one uses), close the lid and let cook slow for about 6 minutes. Open the lid and brush the vinegar glaze on the chicken, turn it over and glaze that side, close the lid and cook 1 more minute. Turn grill off and allow the chicken to remain in the heat for 1 minute. Cut into the chicken if your afraid its not done, it should be white and juicy.
