Easy Microwave Turkey Chimichangas

Ingredients
* 1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey * 3 T Chili Powder * 3 T Garlic Powder * 1 Can Diced Tomatoes * 1 Can Diced Green Chile * 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions * 8" Whole Wheat Tortillas, 10 * Canola Oil, 1/2 cup - enough for 1/2" in pan
Directions
Prepare a pan with 1/2" of oil and heat. on medium-high. Cook ground turkey in microwave for 4 - 7 minutes on high stirring a couple of times to break apart. Drain. Add in chili powder, garlic powder, stewed tomatoes, green chile and onion, microwave 4 - 7 more minutes stirring a couple of times. Drain again if necessary. Place 1/3 cup meat mixture into each tortilla. Fold in ends then roll up so no meat mixture is exposed. Secure with toothpick(s). Place 2-3 burritos at a time in the pan of heated oil until golden brown then flip to brown other side. De-grease on paper towels before serving.
