Salmon Patties (canned salmon)

Ingredients
2 cans salmon2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs3 eggs, beaten1/4 cup onion, chopped1/4 cup peppers, choppedsaltpeppergarlic powder
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in bowl
2. form into patties, about 12
3. Pan fry in a little oil or cooking spray

I top with a little cream of mushroom soup.
2 patties= 1 serving

    I made this recipe and added 2 tbls of dijon mustard, additional spices, only used 2 eggs and just over a 1/3 cup of bread crumbs. Kids loved it and easy to make. - 3/5/09
