Dangerous Chocolate Cake - the semi-healthy version

Ingredients
1 coffee mug4 T whole wheat flour4 T fructose (dry)2 T cocoadash of salt1 egg3 T 1% Milk3 T extra virgin olive oilsplash of vanilla4 T chocolate chips, more or less (optional)
Directions
1. Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well, try to break up any clumps of cocoa
2. Add egg and mix well
3. Pour in wet ingredients and mix well
4. Add chips
5. Cook in microwave for 3 minutes

This will rise over the top of the mug, don't be alarmed, it won't spill. Allow to cool before diving in. This is more than I can eat in one sitting, so grab 2 spoons and a loved one and share the joy.
