Love this in the morning with my eggs! I added a clove of garlic to the recipe... very good!
I also love it in a wrap with turkey or humus. - 9/21/14

Amazing I took this to a New Years Eve Party and people loved it. I did use salsa instead of the peppers and tomatoes for a quick fix. - 12/31/09

Actually, I have a question, how large is your can of black beans? I just made this recipe and used a small can of beans and 1/2 an avocado. It was delicious but my hubbie and I shared it for lunch so now I'm not sure how many calories, etc. .. - 11/3/09

Super stuff. We left out the tomato and added anaheim and serrano peppers. This is a frequent request at our house now. A family favorite. - 3/2/08

I love black beans. Rinse them first to wash out extra sodium. Low fat, tasty, simple to prepare. - 3/21/07
