Ravioli with sauteed zucchini

Ingredients
1 lb frozen or fresh ravioli2 cups zucchini, sliced into half moons2 tbsp safflower oil2 cloves garlic, sliced thin1/4 cup parmasean cheese
Directions
Cook ravioli according to package directions, drain and put back in pot. Meanwhile, heat oil over medium heat in skillet, add zucchini and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add zucchini mix to ravioli, add 1/4 of cheese and toss gently to combine. Makes 4 servings.
