Kerin's Breakfast Cassarole

Ingredients
6 pieces of whole wheat bread2-3 tbs light margarine (ICBINB)6 large eggs4 C FF milk2 C shredded cheddar cheese2 C diced ham1/2 C crumbled bacon bits
Directions
Spread margarine (I can't believe it's not butter) on the bread. Cut into 1 inch cubes and line the bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle ham and cheese over the bread. In separate bowl, combine milk and eggs as well as salt and pepper to taste. Pour egg mixture over bread/ham/cheese. Sprinkle bacon bits on top. Refrigerate over night is best, but you can go straight to the oven if you are crunched for time. Bake at 350 for 45 min or until egg is thoroughly cooked. (Good idea not to put a super cold stone dish straight into the oven...let it get to room temp!)
