zucchini soup

Ingredients
3 lbs zuchini- peeled and cubed4 slices raw bacon1 medium onion chopped 1 cup chicken broth2 cups water2 tsp salt1 tsp basilpepper to taste
Directions
add all it pan and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and blend using blender to make a smooth puree. Can be topped with parmeson cheese. 8 1c servings
