Why is this titled 'raw' apple cake? It is not a raw food, in any possible stretch of the imagination. - 3/3/10

this isn't Raw! its baked at 350, has an egg & includes white sugar as an ingredient. Also, wheat flour is not considered raw bc they heat the wheatberries over 115 to break it down. Unless you sprout your own berries, dehydrate them (115) and then grind them to flour. its not raw or that healthy - 7/17/12

    Didn't work for me...
The whole middle of the cake didn't solidify though it started to smell overdone before it was out of the oven (baked an extra 5 mins, and my oven temp is calibrated, so that's not a problem).
I hope you all do better with it than I did. - 6/15/11

Sooooo delicious! I added about 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts and made them in a muffin tin :) (i froze the rest so it would be less of a temptation!)

btws: if anyone's wondering, if you make this recipe in a 12-muffin tin, each muffin is 3/4 of the recipe serving size. I ate two = 1.5 servings! - 1/25/09

I made this cake for taking to several holiday parties. Everytime, most people, even my non-dieting friends, fell in love with it. I had many requests for the recipe. - 1/14/09

Sounds wonderful and to try with the splenda and egg whites, even better! Maybe even try in muffin cups and freeze? 081023 - 10/23/08

Very good and SUPER easy. I used splenda and egg substitute to lower the cals even more. It was very moist and delicious! - 10/21/08
