Pepper Steak

Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 12 oz (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 large whole (3" dia) (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)Sofrito Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)Beans, french, 2 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
Directions
Cut beef into slices or just cook in 4 differnt chunks.
Spray pan with Pam and saute onion, green pepper, beef, add Sofrito sauce and tomato (I remove skin but you don't have too) add green beans.
Simmer 20 minutes and serve over 1/2 cup rice.
7 Weight Watcher points with out the rice. Calculate your own rice using white or brown or maybe you don't need the rice.
