Elysa's For-Lack-of-Lettuce Zesty Italian Salad

Ingredients
1 Large Red Onion, frenched (or whatever you want)2 Large Cucumbers, peeled (I half-peel mine, leaving stripes of peel for a fancy-effect) and then sliced chunky4 Medium Tomatoes, chopped chunky and slightly seededA good bunch of radishes, chopped chunky1 1/2 cups of zesty Italian dressing (I prefer Newman's Own, but I couldn't find it on the ingredients list)
Directions
Simply place all of your ingredients in a big bowl and give it all a good mix. It's always good to make it the night before, to let it all marinade and to get all the flavors happy, but it's isn't necessary. It's still super good without marinade time.

I believe this makes roughly 6-8 1 cup servings. It goes so fast, I've never had the chance to measure exactly!
