Oven Baked Onion Rings

Ingredients
2 medium Onions, cut into 1/2 inch rings1/2 cup dry Bread crumbs1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp red pepper2 Tbs butter, melted2 egg whites, slightly beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 d. In large bowl, mix bread crumbs, salt, red pepper, and butter. Mix thouroughly. In second bowl, slightly beat egg whites. Dip onion rings into egg, then into bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 12- 15 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
