Betty's turkey meat balls

Ingredients
19 oz pkg ground turkey 93% fat free1 egg white1 tablespoon parmesan cheese1/4 cup skim milk1 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 tsp salt3/4 cup italian bread crumbsitalian spices as you wish
Directions
Add all together except milk. add only enough milk to absorb crumbs. Make meat balls. put in glass baking pan. cook in microwave oven 5 min. turn meatballs over and cook another 5 min. Serve with spaghetti sauce or eat plain. Makes 16 meat balls. Serving size 1. this can also be made into 8 large patties and cooked on top of stove, after browning add little water and cook until done. 1 patty would equal 2 servings
