Salmon in Packets

Ingredients
Pink Salmon (fish), 4 fillet (remove * shredded Ginger Root, 1 tbsp (remove) * Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced (remove) * Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove) * Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. put fillets in 4 12"square tin foil squares.

Sprinkle ginger root, onions and garlic equally among the 4 packets.

Combine oil and soy sauce, sprinkle evenly among the fish.

close up packets tight. put in oven for 15 minutes.
