1 lb ground sirloin1 small onion diced1 14.5 oz can petite cut tomatoes1 11 oz can Green Giant niblets corn1 15 oz can bush's seasoned black beans1 cup diced carrotsSalt and pepper to taste
In a large skillet, brown ground sirloin. Drain and rinse to remove excess fat, and return to skillet. Add onions and season to taste. When onions are soft, add all the other ingredients, cover and let simmer until the carrots are cooked. Serve with brown rice or noodles. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
