Tina's Tamale Pie

2 lbs Lean Ground Beef (or Turkey)1 16 oz can Tomato Sauce2 cans corn (undrained)1 cup Yellow Cornmeal3 tbsp Chili Powder2 cans Black Olives2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1.Brown and Drain Ground Beef (or Turkey)
2. Add in Tomato Sauce, Corn (add in liquid), and Cornmeal. Simmer 10 min.
3. Stir in Chili Powder and Black Olives. Stir until well blended making sure meat mixture goes into the center of the olives.
4. Pour mixture into a casserole dish. Add cheese to the top and place in oven.
5. Bake at 325 for 20 min until cheese is melted on top.
Serving size 1 1/2 cups, Serves 8.
