Mexican Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
# Espresso (expresso), 30 (remove)# Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 5 grams (remove)# Chocolate Dark, 5 gram(s) (remove)# Vanilla Bean, 0.5 serving (remove)# Cinnamon Stick, 1 serving (remove)# Honey, 0.5 tsp (remove)
Directions
Combine water, sugar, cocoa & cinnamon in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat 2 minutes or until cocoa dissolves, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in espresso; simmer 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Stir in vanilla & melt in chocolate. Serve immediately.
