Chick peas and potato curry

Ingredients
patak's hot curry paste, 6 tbsp Garlic, 6 cloves Onions, raw, 1 large Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) Apple juice, unsweetened, 4 cup Red Potato, 350 grams Chick Peas, 4 cup cooked or canned Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked
Directions
makes 8 1.3 cup servings

On medium high, heat curry paste, and add onions, garlic, potatoes and chick peas. stir for 5 minutes, until well coated and hot. Stir in tomato paste and brown sugar, and add apple juice.

Simmer for 40 minutes.

Excellent over brown rice.
