Oh so heavenly rice

Ingredients
*Brown Rice, long grain, 1.5 cupAlbertsons Fat Free Mozzarella shredded cheese (1/4 cup), 2 serving Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup cherry tomatoes taco bell restaraunt mild sauce,(however much you want, 0cal/0fat)
Directions
make from scratch or heated up on a skillet some left over rice (after measuring it out), with a little hot sauce (taco bell mild sauce no cal, no fat), then mixed in 1/4 cup cheese in until it was all hot and melty.
then took out and put in bown put another 1/4 cup of cheese on and 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes and a little more mild sauce to top it off. Yummy!!!
