1 serving mixed lettuce/baby greens1/4 cup chow mein or rice noodles1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained1/4 cup cut baby corn, drained3 oz. diced chicken breast2 tbsp House of Tsang Bangkok Padang Thai Peanut Sauce
Add mixed greens to bowl. Top with baby corn, water chestnuts, chicken breast, and chow mein noodles. Add peanut sauce, toss well, and enjoy! Makes one (1) serving.
