Ingredients
1# Smoked Turkey Sausage, sliced into rounds1 pkg California Blend Frozen Veggies8 oz Whole wheat rotini1 Small onion, chopped1/8 t Garlic powder Salt & pepper to taste Red pepper flakes to taste Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta per package directions.Heat about 1 T of olive oil in skillet over med-high heat or spray skillet with Pam. Add sausage, onion, and spices and saute until sausage is brown and crispy on the edges. Add veggie blend to sausage; cover and cook until veggies are tender. Add pasta and stir to mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving. Makes 4-6 servings.
