Puerto Rican Beans

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive oil1 can pinto beans4 Tbsp Sofrito (see recipe for Puerto Rican Sofrito)1/4 cup tomato paste (or half of a small can)Sazon (made by Goya. In the ethnic foods aisle)
Directions
In a saucepan, pour olive oil in and mix with sofrito and tomato paste. Let simmer for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add in beans and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
