Hummus Spinach Tomato Personal "Pizza"

Ingredients
1 Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita2 Tbsp Plain Hummus1/4 Cup Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves6 thin slices Roma Tomato1/8 Cup Fresh Mushroom Slices (I used Baby Bella Mushrooms)0.8 oz Reduced Fat Feta Cheese (about 3 Tbsp)
Directions
Crisp both sides of pita in a skillet on stove; spread hummus on pita, layer spinach, tomato and mushrooms on hummus; sprinkle feta on top; microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute until cheese melts; slice and enjoy.
