Thai Style Baked Halibut

Ingredients
Halibut Steak (12 oz.)1/4 cup dark soy sauce1 Tbl Sriracha Chili Sauce2 Tbl Splenda Brown Sugar Blend2 Tbl cider vinegar1 Tbl fresh cilantro, minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except halibut) in small bowl. Stir until Splenda is dissolved. Using a double thickness of aluminium foil, make a cooking container that just fits the halibut. Put the fish in the foil, pour the soy/sugar/chili/vinegar marinade over the fish and fold the top closed. Let marinate in refrigerator for a couple of hours. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Place foil-wrapped fish on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Serves 2-3.
