carrot salad with ginger dressing

Ingredients
2 cups grated fine carrotsDressing:1 tsp olive oil1 tbsp either regualr or balsamic vinegar1/2 - 1 tsp ginger root1 tsp honey1 clove pressed garlicsalt to taste
Directions
grate carrots set aside
Dressing
mix all ingredients together
add to carrots, toss and stir in well
keep in fridge until ready to serve,
